Conway Technology Group, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support the NH/VT area. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for all levels of B2B sales, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts. This is a full-time opportunity selling Xerox Office Technology and Services including hardware, software, apps, information technology (IT), and professional services in an assigned territory.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and motivate a team of individual contributors
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar annual budget with double digit growth
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and profit objectives to 100% of plan or greater
  • Routinely create and execute team meetings and trainings to provide cohesive approach to revenue targets
  • Facilitate account development strategies on both existing customer base and new client targets
  • Develop, train and coach innovative ideas to maximize market potential
  • Manage daily / weekly sales activity

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a profitable sales team (technology sales experience preferred)
  • Track record of producing results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
  • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to take risks and try innovative approaches
